These terms are an agreement between you and Reign Connect Entertainment Inc., which operates Reign Connect Network ("Reign Connect," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Who can join

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Businesses must be real, operating businesses, and the person who signs up must be authorized to act for them. One person, one account.

2. Your account

Give us accurate information and keep it current. Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us right away at candicereignconnect@gmail.com if you think someone else is using it.

3. Memberships and payment

• Plans. Each plan's price and features are shown on the site when you sign up. Features are limited to what your plan includes.
• Billing. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time from Settings. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including partial months, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails and isn't fixed, your paid features stop.
• Free accounts. Creative members without a paid plan keep a free account. Their profile can stay in the register and they can reply to messages, but they cannot apply to ads or events.
• Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects you.
• Taxes. Prices may not include applicable taxes such as GST.

4. Your profile and content

You own what you post: your photos, bio, ads, events and messages. By posting it, you give Reign Connect a limited, non-exclusive licence to store it and show it to members as the site is designed to, only for running Reign Connect. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

You confirm that:

• You have the right to post everything you upload
• Everyone identifiable in your photos has agreed to it being posted
• Your photos are of you (for creative profiles) and are recent and accurate
• Nothing you post is false, misleading or illegal

We will not use your profile or photos in marketing outside the members' area without your separate written permission.

5. Rules of conduct

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse anyone
• Post sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content
• Pretend to be someone else, or sign up with an email you don't own
• Collect, copy or scrape member profiles or photos, or share them outside Reign Connect
• Use contact details from the site to send spam or unrelated sales messages
• Ask members for money, or post fake or misleading opportunities
• Try to get around plan limits, access rules or security

You can block members and report anything that breaks these rules. We review reports and may act on them.

6. Ads and events

Businesses may post ads and events as their plan allows. Ads and events may be reviewed before they appear, and we may decline or remove any of them. Every ad must describe a real opportunity, state the work honestly, and follow Alberta employment and human rights law. Applications to ads, including the cover letter, are shown to the business that posted the ad. They are also emailed to the address the business lists on the ad, or to its contact email if it lists none, unless the business has turned application emails off; that email includes the applicant's email address so the business can reply directly. Applications to events are shown to the business on Reign Connect and are not emailed. Businesses see how many members viewed and applied to their ads and events, but not who viewed them.

7. Reign Connect is a platform, not an employer

We help members find each other. We are not an agent, employer or party to any deal between members. We do not:

• Guarantee any member will get work, bookings or applications
• Check every member's identity, background, skills or business
• Supervise, pay for, or take responsibility for work agreed between members

Agreements, payment, contracts, insurance and taxes for any work are between the members involved. Use your own judgment. Meet in safe, public places, and never share banking details through messages.

8. Suspension and closing accounts

Request to close your account from Settings. We process requests within 7 days. Closed accounts cannot be reopened by the member; contact us if you want to return.

We may suspend, unpublish or close any account that breaks these terms, puts members at risk, or is used for fraud. If we close an account for breaking these terms, no refund is owed.

9. Availability and changes to the site

We work to keep Reign Connect running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If a change removes a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel.

10. Disclaimers

Reign Connect is provided "as is." We do not promise any result from using it. We are not responsible for what members post, say or do, on or off the site.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost work, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Alberta consumer protection law.

12. Your responsibility to us

If your content or conduct leads to a claim against Reign Connect, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Alberta, in Calgary.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you or post a notice before important changes take effect. Continuing to use Reign Connect after that means you accept the new terms.
